1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

9. WARRANTIES AND INDEMNIFICATION

• Yorkton Casino warrants only that its online gaming platform and software are provided on an "as is" basis.
• You agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify us from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use or failure to comply with the Agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    This Agreement will be governed by, construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules and procedures adopted for such proceedings.

11. TERMINATION

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any time without notice.
• Upon termination of your account, you must return all game credits and prizes to Yorkton Casino.

12. MODIFICATIONS
    Yorkton Casino may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You agree that continued use of our services will be subject to such modifications, which are effective immediately upon posting.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• We reserve the right to resolve disputes between you and other players or third parties.
• Any claim arising under this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year after it arose.

14. NOTICESAll notices from us will be given via electronic mail, and all communications with us must also be made in writing by email.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This Agreement contains the entire understanding between Yorkton Casino and yourself regarding your use of our services, supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, warranties, representations, statements and discussions related thereto.

16. WAIVER OF JURY TRIALYou hereby waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any claims arising under this Agreement.
